We are SR LAW & HUMAN RESOURCES, a self-owned company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Agua Caliente, Cartago, Costa Rica.

We provide a legal and human resources management consulting practice, including disciplinary processes, payroll calculation, payroll outsourcing, and labor law guidance. We also develop policies and procedures, manage harassment processes, and train supervisors in labor legislation. We also offer defense in criminal law and advisory services in labor legislation, including drafting disciplinary manuals and preparing case files.

We deliver our services through advisory support, policy and procedure development, and the preparation of disciplinary manuals and case files. We provide training for management on labor law and coordinate payroll calculation tasks and payroll outsourcing as part of our HR solutions.

Our specialties include payroll administration, advisory on labor legislation, training in payroll calculation, and HR auditing in accordance with ISO 9001.
