Stan Shipping Agency Ltd. We are a privately held recruitment company operating in the Staffing and Recruiting industry. We were founded in 1993 and are headquartered in Szemud, Poland.

In the early years, we provided officers and lower rank seafarers to Norwegian vessel management and ship owners. We now provide large numbers of skilled seafarers and industrial workers for international clients. We recruit officers and engineers with offshore experience, officers and engineers with tanker or chemical tanker experience, shipyard workers (all trades), building sector workers (all trades), engineers, mechanical fitters, pipe fitters, riggers and platters with petrochemical sector experience.

We provide Crew Manning through recruitment, evaluation and training, crew planning, travel arrangements, flag state documents, financial arrangements and insurance. We handle Industrial Workers recruitment, evaluation and trade tests, travel arrangements, drug and alcohol tests, police clearance / criminal record checks. We provide Ship's Agency services 24 hours a day, seven days a week in all Polish ports and shipyards. We offer Trade Tests and Courses with access to modern workshops and lecture halls fitted with audio and video equipment, and we can organise training tailored to customer needs.
