We are STEM SHIP MANAGEMENT LLC, a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Izmail, Ukraine.

We focus on employing seafarers, primarily Ukrainian, Russian, and other Eastern European nationalities, for assignments worldwide. We offer services for selecting officers and rating personnel at a highly skilled level for different types of vessels, including offshore fleet. We provide our clients with highly qualified seafarers who meet the requirements and standards of the modern marine industry.

We are operated and managed by highly trained and experienced personnel, adhering to STCW95, ISO9001, and MLC2006 standards. We emphasize attention to detail, quality and efficiency in our work. With a 24/7 safe working attitude, we complete contracts on time and within budget. We are always open for cooperation and long mutually beneficial business relationships with foreign shipowners, operators and crewing agencies.

We operate as a crewing agency focused on the employment of seafarers, including officers and ratings, for vessels of various types, including offshore fleet. We provide highly qualified seafarers who meet the requirements and standards of the modern marine industry.
