We are Synapsis Recruitment/ Executive Search, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic.

We specialize in recruitment services, executive search, management of personnel administration, and personnel consulting. In 2025 we joined forces with Talent Explorer s.r.o., which has similar experience, allowing us to expand our network of contacts, strengthen our team of experienced consultants, and deliver an even higher level of service.

We save companies time in finding qualified employees and ensure the proper presentation of the company to candidates. Our consultants have worked with many international and Czech firms, which helps us understand the workings of multinational corporations as well as the specifics of Czech companies.

We use insights from neuroscience and interactive tests to identify top talents. Through psychometric analyses, behavioral science, and AI-driven matchmaking, we connect companies with candidates who are not only qualified but will fit well with their teams.
