We were established to provide consultancy, training and system implementation services to clients who need support in their developmental efforts in the face of changing work dynamics, business processes and competency profiles.
We specialize in job analysis to determine competency profiles, establishing and integrating competency-based human resources processes and providing competency-based training programs. In HR management we work with Pinsight; in experiential learning we partner with Knolskape; and in Talent Intelligence Platform Software we partner with Accendo. For these partnerships we hold 100% franchise rights in Turkey and the Turkic Republics.
