Talentgate: we are a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and are headquartered in Helsinki, Finland.

With nearly twenty years of experience, we provide employment services across Uusimaa, Kanta-Häme, North Ostrobothnia, Southwest Finland, Pirkanmaa, and Central Finland. Our aim is to help job seekers find new jobs, resolve companies’ personnel needs, develop job seekers’ skills, and train and coach those who have been laid off. We primarily serve highly educated and experienced office professionals, specialists, and managerial-level job seekers, as well as growing companies, in cooperation with regional Employment, Economic and Environmental Centres (ELY) and the Labour Administration.

Our main service is recruitment training programs. Each year, nearly 200 job seekers find their place in the labor market through our programs.
