We are a new career platform and app that puts people first in the job-seeking process. We look beyond the CV and focus on values, motivation, emotional intelligence (EQ), and development potential. Our aim is to build an inclusive community where job seekers receive the tools, support, and network they need to succeed.

We are launching in Q4 2025 and were developed by StarCruiter, a Norwegian technology company with a clear vision: to make recruitment more human, fair, and efficient. In Talentity Club, members receive professional career guidance from certified Career Coaches, access to a professional community and strategic networking, training and professional development resources, workshops and skill-building opportunities, and personal support throughout the job-seeking journey. The app matches you with suitable employers who value more than just the CV and who want to build teams based on shared values and long-term potential.
