We are Tasukati - תעסוקתי, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Jerusalem, Israel.

We are an innovative employment program within Jobkatif, a nonprofit organization specializing in hands-on employment guidance, counseling and mentoring with a focus on individual and personal work with job seekers, uncovering their career tendencies and building a career goal and vision together.

We employ a person-centered, practical approach. Our guidance is individualized and delivered through several weekly sessions designed to identify strengths, barriers and professional and academic tendencies, develop a vision, set goals and build a tailored employment plan. The process continues until the person has integrated into the desired employment or achieved the counseling objective.

We specialize in career consultancy, career mentoring, career coaching, career guidance, employment coaching, career development, professional development, education consulting, employment guidance, employment development, and educational guidance.

We operate in Israel, with a presence in Jerusalem and additional locations in Israel, including Nitzan and Yad Binyamin.

We are part of Jobkatif, and we have a high success rate of over 85%, with alumni employed in the jobs they aimed for.
