We are TavaNiaz, a privately held staffing and recruiting organization founded in 2017 and headquartered in Tehran, Iran.

Our purpose is to optimize the utilization of available potentials in universities by providing tools that develop the communication among professors, students, and industries. We are the first system in Iran that is supported by Khajeh Nasir al-Din Toosi University of Technology and Iran R&D, and we aim to identify the requirements of various industries and satisfy them by developing an exclusive and novel method for evaluating, ranking, and selecting capable individuals. By creating a bridge between university and industry, we enable timely job opportunities for professional and enthusiastic youth and help businesses grow with minimal recruitment investment. In other words, there are capable, talented, and creative people for any requirement, and there is at least one vacancy for any ability and qualification.

We deliver our services through a virtual platform that identifies industry needs, evaluates and ranks candidates, and matches capabilities with available opportunities. We seek to create a linkage between university and industry to enable efficient recruitment and to support businesses in growing with minimal investment in hiring qualified employees.
