We are TEAMPOWER™, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1992 and are headquartered in Porto, Portugal.

As the commercial brand of SPT, we operate in recruitment, selection and placement of workers under temporary work arrangements. We have long-standing experience in providing human capital, with activity in Portugal and abroad. We have a physical presence in Lisbon and Porto, and our area of operation extends to the national territory and to Europe.

We design and execute the logistics of human resources, taking responsibility for coordinating processes so that they integrate a natural growth strategy.

We provide recruitment and selection, temporary work, temporary work / national secondments, temporary work / international secondments, RPO, BPO, startups, and industrial incubation projects.
