The HR Sound Off Podcast Show

The HR Sound Off Podcast Show is a self-employed organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Bridgetown, Barbados.

We were created to reintroduce HR and the people behind the positions they hold, addressing the perception that HR is a necessary evil or a nice-to-have, and showing the real value of the HR function. We explore who hires and engages throughout the employee experience, what HR professionals like about their work, and what they see as the future of HR. We discuss topics such as employee engagement, Agile HR, digital transformation, digital upskilling, HR transformation, and mental health in the workplace.

We deliver the podcast through seasons, introducing each show and the topics we will discuss in that season. We host conversations with HR professionals and we answer questions from listeners.
