We are The Business and Employment Centre, a privately held staffing company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1967 and are headquartered in St. Michael, Barbados.

We provide efficient and accurate staffing services to companies of all sizes. We offer temporary and contract staffing, temporary-to-hire, employee leasing and permanent placement.

We are more than a staffing company; we also provide business support services to clients. We know that small businesses, companies in growth stages and even private individuals often need additional support with business processes. Our business support services include payroll, faxing and copying, typing and formatting documents, printing and binding, courier services and more. We also provide HR services including training and development programmes to support our clients' internal programmes.

We specialize in Temporary Staffing, Employee Leasing, Temp-to-Hire, Contract Workers, Permanent Recruitment, Career Advice, Courier Service, and Business Support Services.

Our operations are based in Barbados.

We maintain a large database of quality candidates and support their journey by providing additional services such as interview tips, resume writing, compensation advice and more.
