We are The Panel, a privately held recruitment consultancy operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 1987 and are headquartered in Dublin, Ireland.
We specialise in recruiting professionals for roles from graduate to executive level in industry, financial services, and practice. Our areas include accountancy, funds, banking & treasury, legal & HR, and IT & business transformation.
Our IT & Business Transformation division is the newest addition, founded in 2006. We recruit in IT and business transformation across IT operations, data management and governance, and business change; in software development; in IT PMO; in testing, quality assurance and user acceptance testing; in datacentres, cloud, infrastructure networks and technical support; and in IT governance, risk and compliance.
We specialise in recruitment services across permanent, contract, outsourcing, staffing solutions resourcing, international, HR, accountancy, funds, banking, treasury, business change, legal, IT, technology, financial services, payroll, consultancy, professional services, and executive search.
