TOMA INTERIM, we are a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2006 and are headquartered in Montbrison, France.

Born in the Loire, we continue to grow across France. We are more than a network of employment and interim agencies; we are a concept founded on human values.

We operate as an independent player in the market, with our agencies specializing in recruitment in the building and industrial trades, and we engage with our temporary workers and clients in a relationship of trust. We anticipate bringing together more than 50 agencies in France, the majority of which are franchised.

Since 2008, we have created a subsidiary dedicated to ongoing training for temporary workers and the permanent staff of our clients: FDI (Formation et Développement Individuel). This training organization specializes in regulatory training, including electrical habilitation, forklift operation, CACES nacelle, first aid at work, and AIPR. We were the first EATT in the Loire. In 2020, ITHAC, an adapted company, and TOMA Interim, a network of temporary work agencies, joined to create an Adapted Temporary Work Company (EATT) in Saint-Etienne.

We operate in France and have a network of locations across the country.
