We are Tomorrow's Team Hong Kong Limited-株式会社あしたのチーム・香港, a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.

We were founded to address human resource evaluation issues and to support fair evaluation that aligns duties with rewards. We have supported more than 1,350 small and medium-sized enterprises and startups around Japan, and we also extend our service to more than 100 Japanese and local enterprises in ten overseas countries.

We deliver our services through the implementation and operation of an HR Evaluation System, and we support the operation to succeed. We have established a virtuous circle of increasing employee engagement, leading to increased productivity, improved business performance, and higher salaries.

Our specialties include human resources, employee evaluation, employee engagement, consulting, workforce management, and compensation and benefits.

We operate in Japan and overseas markets across ten countries. Following the footsteps of Taiwan, Singapore, and Shanghai, we now have founded our fourth overseas base in Hong Kong.
