We are Trivgruppen, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry, and we are headquartered in Steinkjer, Norway.

We create social sustainability by enabling as many people as possible to participate in the workforce, for the benefit of individuals and for a society that needs labor. For those with health challenges that are not compatible with participation in the labor market, quality of life, independence and postponement of the need for help are overarching goals. In this way, we contribute to a better life and a sustainable society. We are owned by the municipalities of Steinkjer, Inderøy and Snåsa.
