Trøndelag HR-forum is a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1969 and are headquartered in Trondheim, Norway.

We provide opportunities to add new knowledge to individuals and the workplace, with a focus on value creation. Our work strengthens professional practice in areas such as HR, leadership, organizational development, change, group- and team development, and individual growth.

We organize 6-8 breakfast seminars to provide essential professional input and inspiration in these areas. We also organize the annual Autumn Conference. Our activities include networking opportunities and professional events with a focus on quality.

We offer services in HR, leadership, organizational development, change, group- and team development, individual- and personal growth, professional networking, and the professional breakfast meetings and the annual Autumn Conference, as well as personnel, transformation, performance culture, leadership development, and talent development.
