Trygt Miljø is a privately held organization operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Viborg, Denmark.

We are your professional partner when it comes to creating a safe environment within the social sector. We have many years of experience with individuals who, for various reasons, experience conflict-filled situations, whether verbal or physically expressed behavior. This can be exhausting for staff and can create unsafe situations where it is difficult to carry out daily ADL training, personal care, or relationships with the resident. There may even have been personal injury to staff, other residents, or relatives in connection with the conflict-filled situations. In situations as described above, we restore safety for you, in your surroundings and for the resident themselves. This can take place in residential facilities, private homes, institutions, and nursing homes. We also work with environmental changes—previously described as individual projects—where the best option for the resident is to move away from their familiar environment for a short period or for a longer period if needed. Trygt Miljø operates and reasons from the five important principles: professionalism, decency, dignity, integrity and vulnerability. Our approach is to assess situations and work with care settings to reestablish safety in the surrounding environment and for the resident. We provide support in settings such as residential facilities, private homes, institutions and nursing homes, and we also undertake environmental changes when this is the best option for the resident.

Our specialties include conflict management, social-pedagogical approaches, milieu-therapeutic approaches, arousal, behavior patterns, neuro-pedagogy, ethics, knowledge of current legislation, use of power, safety, and shielding.
