Uniflex Energy is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Stavanger/Sandnes, Norway.

We are more than a staffing agency. We would not be where we are without our customers and our employees. Our business concept is clear: it should be easy to work with us and to find the right person for the right job, at the right price.

Our approach is built on relationships: we are one big family and we do all we can to nurture our relationships with consultants and clients. Our values are Passion and Execution, which guide us in staffing and recruitment today and in the future. We have many years of experience as an authorized staffing company within our specific niches, including oil and gas, construction, and energy. When you receive help from us, you quickly notice that competence with a capital C is in focus in all assignments, large or small, from the first contact to completion. In 2018 we merged with Poolia and are now part of the same group.
