Upskills is a self-owned organization operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2018 and are headquartered in Les Acacias, Switzerland.

We offer a salaried-portage arrangement for independent consultants and for companies, designed to support new forms of work. We provide consultants with the freedom to operate while benefiting from the guarantees and the comfort of employment: security, regular income, and simplified administrative management.
