Velg med hjertet AS — we are a partnership operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were established in 2018 and are headquartered in Tolga, Norway.

We were established in 2018 as a reputation and recruitment firm, and we have since worked to highlight the attractiveness of living, residing, and working in rural Norway. In autumn 2024 we acquired Rådhuset Vingelen AS, which strengthens our competence in community development and expands our ability to offer HR solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises.

We deliver HR solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, and we build on our competence in community development to support districts and local communities while helping companies compete and grow.

Our specialties include recruitment, reputation building, marketing, team development, design, profiling, photography, journalism, selection, leadership recruitment, interviews, mapping, leadership, and headhunting.

We operate in Norway, with a focus on rural regions of the country.

Our ambition is to be a driving force for development in Rural Norway. We aim to strengthen the attractiveness of local communities and the ability of businesses to compete and grow, while contributing to holistic and forward-looking rural development.
