VELKOMMEN HJEM - Ressourcestærke veteraner is a privately held association operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We are headquartered in Hellerup, Denmark.

We are an association driven by a number of companies that aims to bring veterans and the business sector closer together for the benefit of veterans, companies and society. We focus on a large group of resourceful veterans who have built unique and practical competencies, tested in practice and sometimes under extreme conditions, and through a well-planned and proven competence clarification process connect veterans and companies. Our overarching goal is to support the veteran in a good and realistic transition from military to civilian employment.

We deliver our work through a well-planned, proven competence clarification program that connects veterans and companies, and we facilitate connections between veterans and businesses.
