Vietnam Manpower Contractor is a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 1968 and are headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

We have been operating in overseas import-export services, manpower supply and the construction industry in Vietnam since 1968. We have six domestic companies in Vietnam, including one International Vocational School, and four overseas companies located in Berlin, Bucharest, Budapest and Sofia. We hold Manpower Export License No. 1019/LĐTBXH-GP, renewed on March 22, 2018. By following the guidance of the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs, we have contributed to society. With a long history of operation in Vietnam and overseas in labor for overseas working and construction industry as well as import-export services, we provide our clients with efficient services for key construction projects across Vietnam and many other countries, such as Penta Ocean Sdn Bhd (TMP1 Project in Bintulu, Malaysia), Taisei-Rotec JV (National Highway No.5 Project, Vietnam), Sungbo–Dodsal–Hyundai–GS-IWI (Refinery plant - Nuclear Power Plant, UAE), COOJAL Kajima-Taisei JV (East-West Expressway 400km, Algeria), Samsung C&T (Son Duong Seaport Project, Vietnam). For these projects we supplied and managed camps.

Our approach and way of working involve delivering services through our experience in manpower supply and camp management, in collaboration with partners in construction, oil and gas, shipyard building industries, and factories in Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary and Poland.

We operate in Vietnam and internationally, with activities spanning Vietnam and other countries, including United Arab Emirates, Bulgaria, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Malaysia and Algeria.
