We are Visual Solutions SAL, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1994 and are headquartered in Beirut, Lebanon.

We provide technical and managerial support to our clients in implementing and enhancing the use of technology tools. In 2010 we expanded to provide specialist HR consultants operating in the GCC region.

We deliver our services through recruitment, recruitment consulting, and HR consulting. In recruitment, we rely on networking, business development, and relationship-building to deliver value. We have the know-how to set up or train from scratch a recruitment department within your organization.

We specialize in HR and Recruitment. In HR consulting we provide full HR setup or consulting on compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational structure and company manual, and job descriptions.

We have a geographic footprint anchored in Lebanon and, in 2010, expanded to provide specialist HR consultants operating in the GCC region.
