We are Wilma Consulting Oy, a partnership operating in the Human Resources industry. We were founded in 2008.

We focus on strategic personnel solutions. We believe that the main drivers of organisations are people, which is the most complex, but also the most interesting subarea of business. We provide clarity and predictability to this area of business that is often the most difficult to manage.

We established Wilma in 2008, because we know each other, our strengths and we share the same values - the development of our customer’s business is our priority. Our aim is to only work with a few customers at a time, so we are able to understand our customers’ business operations comprehensively. We are flexible and our processes can be tailored to suit the customer, not just us. We are responsible for all the recruitment operations of a few customers, and others only use us for executive searches or personal assessments. Internationalism is part of our everyday life. Over the years, we have built strong relations with several other companies in our field in different continents. We are responsible for the success of projects in all assignments.

We provide services in Search and Selection, Recruitment, HR Consulting, Personal Assesments, and Outplacement guidance and - training.
