We are Worksource, a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2022 and are headquartered in Kilkenny, Ireland.

We were founded in response to an increasingly difficult economic climate and we aim to provide a win-win solution for employers and employees.

We operate between offices in Ireland and the Philippines, sourcing skilled candidates looking to further their careers in Ireland. We partner with Irish employers and assist them in hiring from outside of the EU by leveraging our extensive global agency network and database of suitable skilled candidates. We manage the full process from start to finish including candidate sourcing, interviews and due diligence, work permit, visa and travel logistics. We process all necessary paperwork to ensure all candidates are vetted and allowed to legally work in Ireland.
