Xtensia VA Services is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Cebu City, Philippines.

We help business owners reach the 6-figure mark by providing General Admin and Digital Marketing Virtual Assistance, so they can focus on growing their business while we work in the background.

We handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, accepting applications, selection and evaluation, and training and development. We act as an extension of the client’s human resource department, ensuring that we will extend help and support to the client and remote staff while they are engaged with us.
