We are YIRE, a public company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2021 and are headquartered in Sandefjord, Norway.

We develop smart staffing solutions to provide society with urgently needed IT competence. We recognize that digital competence is essential to guide society through the technological shift we face. We also know that many talents have skills that go unused, which we see as a resource that should not be wasted. We use relationship-based machine learning and artificial intelligence to match needs for competence and development with available knowledge resources. The technology is based on more than 12 years of research in behavioral and relational psychology. In recent years, the system has been used for leadership programs in large organizations with good results. We have refined the rule set that the technology uses and adapted the system for staffing and recruitment services for IT competence. We will use the technology to match the large need for IT personnel with knowledge among self-taught developers and others with digital abilities. Coders and developers will be able to use our services to map their own knowledge in dialogue with an advanced chat-bot (visual, oral, and written). With the Mass Relations system as the foundation, the dialogue will reveal abilities and knowledge with accuracy and objectivity that HR personnel cannot achieve. Likewise, the system will uncover the IT competence needs that organizations have in their projects. Finally, matching of candidates and needs can be performed. Neither party has direct dialogue with the other. Before any matching of needs and competence occurs, all dialogue and information processing have taken place privately between human and machine. When matching occurs, the parties are more confident, feel that they know each other well, and have mutual understanding of the problems they will solve together. In this way, we can also build teams of people who solve challenges together.

We deliver our services by applying the Mass Relations-based system to identify and match IT skills with project needs. We enable coders and developers to map their own knowledge through a dialogue with an advanced chat-bot (visual, oral, and written). All dialogue and information processing takes place privately between human and machine before any matching occurs, which supports trust and a shared understanding when a match is established. Once a match is identified, we align candidate capabilities with project requirements, helping to form teams that address the challenges at hand.
