We are Zenses in Health, a self-employed organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Kennedy Town, Afghanistan.

We focus on young professional talent retention, upgrading stress resilience and emotional intelligence, reinstating wellbeing, connecting life purpose, and achieving personal and professional fulfilment, turning disengaged employees into engaged ones. We help HR teams to reduce turnover rates and increase engagement and wellbeing of young professionals so HR can focus on strategic initiatives to enable growth of the organization.

To deliver our work, we provide group coaching sessions to clarify the sweet spot in young talent retention, saving hours of meetings and avoiding piecemeal approaches. We offer transformative 1:1 coaching to transform wellbeing, turning mentally stressed into engaged and stress-resilient, burnout into fulfilled employees, personally and professionally. We also provide practical wellbeing tips through workshops to empower employees to own their wellbeing, mentally and physically, reducing productivity losses due to absenteeism and presenteeism.

In 2021, we led a field study on “Ready to Transform your Life” targeting young adults, and we developed the WFE (Wellbeing-Fulfilment-Engagement) program to empower sustainable wellbeing, emotional intelligence and fueled engagement.
