Allow is a privately held consultancy operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Lima, Peru.

We are a consultancy specialized in advising organizations through comprehensive business solutions in human resources, including compensation management, social welfare, the implementation of equal pay standards, measurement of workplace climate, performance evaluation, training and development of people, job profiles and MOF, recruitment and selection, the management of safety and health at work, and payroll administration. We have a strong commitment and a clear business vision, and we adapt to the practices of each company, offering services that enable us to maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

We belong to Grupo Ze Contanet SA, founded in 2009 in Lima, Peru, and we focus on taking charge of those business processes that, for our clients, do not necessarily add value. In ten years, we have positioned ourselves in the market as a company that offers comprehensive solutions to our clients, allowing them to focus on the core business and allocate more resources to the activities where they add value.

Our specialties include recruitment and selection, measurement of workplace climate, job profiles and MOF, performance evaluation, salary equality, compensation management, payroll outsourcing, and the development of indicators.
