We are MyWorld Careers Laos, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Vientiane, Laos.

We service clients in Laos by leveraging advanced technology and recruitment consultants trained and managed in Asia, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.

We handle recruitment for accounting and finance, banking and financial services, engineering, HR and Admin, information technology, sales and marketing, and supply chain positions. We offer services to international and local companies and support clients with positions from executives to C-level, from accountants to CFOs, and from sales executives to CEOs.

We provide services in human resources, recruitment, recruiting, employment agency, employment website, payroll, professional employer organization (PEO), employer of record (EOR), contract and outsourced staffing, and staffing.

We operate in Laos and serve clients in the country. We are a member of NPAworldwide, a recruitment network with over 550 independent recruitment firms spanning six continents. This membership expands our ability to access a global talent pool and supports our work with businesses in Laos.
