UNICOL Management Services, Inc. is a privately held company operating in the staffing and recruitment industry. We were founded in 1989 and are headquartered in Manila, Philippines.

We are indeed a modest manning company duly registered and licensed under Philippine laws, capable of delivering quality crewing services at all times. We specialize in the marine crewing business activity focusing on the recruitment and deployment of experienced, skilled and competent seafarers on board international seagoing ships/vessels such as dredging, cargo, supply boat and fishing vessels. We have deployed and serviced various international clientele — Dutch, Norwegian, Korean, Arabs, Taiwanese, and Chinese shipping principals. We were certified by AJA (QMS certifying body) for the Quality Management System ISO version 2015 Certification.

We have upgraded our staff and processes to meet the high and innovative demands of the business and the requirements of our clients for quality service.

We specialize in recruitment, hiring, deployment, training and deployment, and payrolling.
