We are Finance Personnel, a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2007 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Our concept is to provide employers and job seekers with a full picture of the labor market in this segment. We operate a recruitment agency that searches for and selects financial personnel, and we run a specialized job portal where all finance vacancies in Ukraine are posted. The portal is a young, evolving resource, and work continues to add new services and improve user interaction.

In recruitment and selection, we rely on personnel with backgrounds in finance. We deliver our services through our recruitment and selection activities and through the finance job portal to connect employers with suitable candidates.

We offer two service areas: a recruitment agency focused on finding and selecting financial personnel, and a specialized finance job portal for Ukraine.
