We are 皆达仕, a partnership operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2008 and are headquartered in Beijing, China.

Since our founding, we have built a nationwide high-end talent headhunting network centered on Beijing and Shanghai. Over a decade of steady development, we focus on roles with annual salaries over one million yuan in well-known enterprises. We have received client awards such as “Gold Medal Headhunter” and have been designated as the publisher of the China Real Estate Fund Industry Salary Survey Report.

Our personnel have an average of more than five years of experience in talent search, with strong educational backgrounds both in China and abroad and extensive candidate search experience, ensuring we attract high-quality talent and select candidates who fit our clients' development needs. In talent acquisition, we are well‑known partners with respected business schools in the country and have established long-term career development collaborations with Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business (CKGSB) and CEIBS, maintaining a talent pool of more than 500,000.

We employ the KA+MPC operating model, combining two business approaches with KA clients at the core of our activities to drive our specialists to focus on one or several executive roles within a given industry, building a pool of high-quality candidates and providing broader MPC services. We have a talent search model and an operating management system designed to support efficient, high-quality matching and to ensure candidates have the capabilities and experience aligned with business needs, fully supporting our clients’ strategic goals.

We operate nationwide across China, with Beijing and Shanghai as centers, reflecting our nationwide network.

Over the past ten years, we have delivered nearly 600 mid- to senior-level executives to large enterprises, helping them achieve a cumulative value close to 200 billion yuan.
