We are Finelite金融阶, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2009 and are headquartered in Shenzhen, China.

We were among the earliest in China to specialize in headhunting for hedge funds in the secondary market, with a long-standing focus on quantitative talent.
