Kadrovik. We are a self-employed staffing and recruitment provider operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2012 and are headquartered in Zhytomyr, Ukraine.

We provide labor resources to client companies and carry out search and recruitment for employers. We have built our own candidate database and continually hunt for rare specialists. Our search and selection processes and technologies are refined to a fine degree. We offer constructive and innovative ways to solve staffing tasks. We conduct projects for recruiting specialists at senior and mid-levels, as well as industry-specific and unique specialists. In the area of personnel administration, we perform audits, set up processes from scratch, support outsourcing, and recovery. Our motto is: the more difficult the task, the more interesting it is. For candidates, our services are completely free of charge. Since January 1, 2013, Ukraine's Law on Employment prohibits intermediaries nationwide from charging fees to candidates.

Our approach centers on a structured search and selection process, supported by our own candidate database. We continually refine our techniques to identify and attract rare specialists.
