KVADRA HR is a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2015 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We analyze the functioning of all organizational systems affected by the human factor. Our professional recruitment is based on the organization’s current needs and goals, with a consistent adaptation program, a thorough system for evaluating personnel, supported by an adequate and tangible system of motivation, systematic training and development, and ongoing improvement and support of the organization’s corporate culture.

We provide HR services including the outsourcing of HR administration, conducting HR audits with recommendations, bringing HR documentation in line with current labor legislation, and advising the employee responsible for HR documentation in accordance with the requirements of Ukrainian labor law.

We develop and implement policies, procedures, standards of work, and job descriptions. We develop and implement an adaptation program for personnel. We develop and implement programs for evaluation (based on competency models, KPIs, and 360) and motivation, create programs for implementing a social package for personnel depending on their position, and develop and create a Corporate Code.

We operate in Ukraine.
