We are PinCN (Beijing) Ltd | JiPin Technology, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2004 and we are headquartered in Beijing, China.

We provide digital talent solutions across digital, social, mobile, and cloud, and we offer two main service areas: digital talent management systems and employer branding and recruitment marketing services. We launched China's first ATS in 2008 and started employer branding services in 2008 by partnering with TMP Worldwide. Today, we provide employer branding and recruitment marketing services in China and recruitment management system solutions.

We deliver our services through integrated digital platforms and defined processes. Our Digital Talent Management Systems include Mr.Jobs, an applicant tracking system, WeChat career site, campus system, employee referral system, video interview capabilities, talent mapping and sourcing, and resume data mining. We also provide employer branding and recruitment marketing services such as EVP surveys and creative design, WeChat operation, recruitment media strategy and planning, and campus campaigns.

We operate in China and have a primary location in Beijing, China.
