We are SOMSEM, a privately held staffing and recruiting company operating in the staffing and human resources industry, and we are headquartered in Guangzhou, China.

We provide personally tailored services to individuals in senior management who may be experiencing issues in their career. At the top end of our Premium line of services are comprehensive coaching and consulting around discovering life and career goals, constraints and defining realistic targets, career planning, research and personal branding strategies through to the research, planning and execution of a targeted marketing campaign and career transition coaching over a period of 3-6 months or beyond. At the lower end, an individual may simply require a professionally written resume or a salary and role benchmarking exercise. We make it our business to help these individuals choose and maintain long-term success in their careers.
