Southern Maritime Agency is a partnership operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

We meet shipowners' requirements by evaluating candidates for English level (spoken and computerized Marlins test), professional knowledge, authenticating COC through the State Register of Seafarer's Documents and inquiry of the issued document to the Authority Confirmations, and by reviewing previous sea-service and references. We also undertake the evaluation of seafarers and plan crew changes, rotation schemes, visa arrangements, and provide further training for candidates.

We operate with a reliable and flexible structure, ready for changes, continually developing and expanding our activity. All contractual details can always be negotiated to fulfil your requirements.
