Zaloznyi Recruiting is a privately held recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We specialize in building recruitment departments, sourcing and forming teams for Ukrainian businesses.

We deliver our services by auditing current processes, conducting recruitment, setting up recruitment departments, guiding adaptation, motivating teams, and defining KPIs for teams. We have placed more than 750 specialists, built 18 recruitment departments from scratch, conducted over 100 audits, and set up 28 recruitment departments for our clients.
