Геленіум, we are a partnership operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2016 and are headquartered in Odessa, Ukraine.

We provide personnel outsourcing and staff leasing to transfer legal responsibility from the client to us in its interactions with personnel, in accordance with labor, tax, and civil law. This arrangement allows clients to significantly reduce potential costs, including financial and administrative expenses, and to ease the burden on their own HR and accounting departments. Staff leasing enables rapid staffing for projects that require additional personnel, and provides for replacements during vacations, illness, or changes of residence.

We monitor the performance of personnel to meet safety requirements, fulfill functional duties, and execute plans and schedules, and we coordinate adherence to the work timetable. Outstaffing is the process of placing personnel on the client's payroll while formalizing them on our payroll at Gelenium, with employees continuing their duties at the customer's site. Outstaffing reduces paperwork and administrative overhead, and clients note improved quality of work. Double control over the worker (by the customer and the staffing agency) yields good results.
