Arbeidslivsressurs is a privately held company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2017 and are headquartered in Oslo, Norway.

We act as a link between NAV, employers and people in change. We aim to be a preferred partner in work inclusion, and we therefore actively work to build strong relationships and collaboration with regional and local business communities. We offer services such as guidance, training and facilitation to contribute to more people gaining stable attachment to work.

Our specialties include outplacement, career, transition, downsizing, termination, severance packages, counseling discussions, job counseling, interviews, and NAV, guidance, career counseling, and follow-up.
