We are Blå Kors arbeid og inkludering, Fredrikstad og Sarpsborg, a nonprofit organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 1978 and are headquartered in Fredrikstad, Norway.

Our purpose is to strengthen people's opportunities for participation in working life, and we are a bridge between job seekers and the labor market. We have long experience with vocational and career guidance, placement, and follow-up. Our staff have competence in guidance methodology, understand labor market mechanisms and needs, and have experience from placement, collaboration with employers, and inclusion of vulnerable groups in ordinary working life.

We are a labor-market enterprise that arranges labor-market oriented measures on assignment from NAV. We help people who, for various reasons, have fallen out of the labor market (fully or partly), back into paid employment.

We deliver our services by coordinating measures on behalf of NAV, providing vocational and career guidance, placement, and follow-up to support re-entry into paid work.

We operate in Norway, with locations in Fredrikstad and Sarpsborg.
