Crutie Recruitment is a privately held staffing and recruitment company operating in the staffing and human resources industry. We were founded in 2019 and are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We address hiring challenges by focusing on the requirements for the candidate. We observe that relying on referrals or general job postings can incur high costs and lead to a poor fit for the role. We recognize that a range of software solutions supports different parts of the hiring process, and we position our service to complement these approaches.

We set up the candidate requirements and specify desired traits. We review 90% of CVs in the designated area and analyze CVs according to the specified search, providing a preliminary report with a relevance score. Within seven days, we return with completed interviews and a psychological portrait of candidates sorted by relevance.
