Dialogue BPA AS

We are Dialogue BPA AS, a privately held organization operating in the human resources industry.

We provide user-directed personal assistance, with BPA representing an alternative arrangement of practical and personal support for people with disabilities who need help in daily life, both at home and outside. We share our experience and knowledge in this area through a new employer model.

We can offer BPA services, and we have long provided guidance services and organized courses and conferences for managers, assistants, and municipalities across the country. Collaboration for tailored measures has shaped our employer model. For leaders, our employer solution includes a pre-course in leadership and individual guidance; assistants are trained in leadership support; personal and leadership advisory; development of an Assistant Manual; a three-step pay principle and seniority; payroll and administration in paper or digital solutions; a symbol-free and organization-independent offering; and the “Dialogen” and Compendia as support tools. In some cases leadership help, assisted leadership, or co-leadership is necessary. We provide this support. The goal is an active and autonomous life.
