E-JobCenter for Hromadas

We are E-JobCenter for Hromadas, a nonprofit organization operating in the staffing and recruiting industry. We are headquartered in Kyiv, Ukraine.

We provide an internet platform designed for Ukrainian united territorial communities to shorten the path between employers and job seekers, making it constructive, transparent and safe.

We aim to deliver timely and reliable information to united territorial communities about vacancies and job opportunities on permanent, project-based, or seasonal bases, helping reduce local labor shortages and unemployment and decreasing the number of workers who leave the country due to lack of opportunities at home. We work to provide broad access to the platform, with simple and effective usage, including training for HR consultants serving communities. We strive to ensure transparency, accuracy, and safety of the information published. We are building a partner base that includes staffing agencies as well as organizations involved in training, career guidance, and related activities. Important components of our work include career guidance, awareness-raising and educational elements.

We operate in Ukraine.

We are developing a viable strategy for the resource's development, including the possibility of self-financing.
