We begin with an initial consultation and service agreement, followed by job posting and candidate sourcing, candidate screening and presenting to client, interviews and selection, offer and negotiation, onboarding and support, feedback and evaluation, billing and payment, and success. We operate as a social enterprise and build strong relationships as a core asset. We charge a nominal placement fee only after the candidate passes a two-month trial. We offer compromise prices. Up to 20% of our profit goes to helping orphans and underprivileged youth in Ukraine.
