HR Visjon AS — we are a public company operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2011 and are headquartered in Bergen, Norway.

We focus on career guidance and job seeker courses and recognize the importance of understanding the local market. Through local networking, we have better opportunities to help job seekers see new possibilities and provide information useful in the job search process. For ethical reasons, we do not charge fees for recruitment assignments when we place outplacement candidates. We market candidates at no cost through our own network toward potential employers and recruitment agencies. We work toward the employer that best matches the candidate's preferences, competencies, and career goals.

To deliver our services, we promote candidates through our own network at no cost to employers, and we focus our recruitment activities on connecting the right candidates with the right opportunities.

We offer career guidance, transition services, HR For Hire, outplacement, job seeker courses, and downsizing support, with activity in Bergen and Hordaland.

We operate in Norway.

From 1 April 2016 we also offer services within HR For Hire, leadership coaching and team coaching.
