We are Hurma Academy, an educational organization operating in the human resources industry. We were founded in 2020 and are headquartered in Kharkiv, Ukraine.
Our mission as an educational project is to implement a high-quality HR methodology in every company and to increase the effectiveness of personnel management. In doing so, we help organizations improve their HR brand and reduce the outflow of skilled professionals abroad.
We deliver practical sessions led by practitioners, providing deep knowledge in a short period. In one month of intensive training, participants gain the necessary theory and develop a business case for their company.
